After many years of faithful service, we want to take a moment to honor and thank Doug Johnson as he steps into retirement from Kinship Radio.
Throughout his time here, Doug has been a dedicated part of our mission to communicate that Jesus is Lord through worship and the Word. His commitment to the ministry, his steady presence, and his heart for serving others have made a lasting impact on our staff, volunteers, listeners, and the communities we reach.
Day after day, Doug brought not only skill and professionalism to his work, but also encouragement, kindness, and a genuine love for people. Whether he was working behind the scenes or connecting with those around him, Doug helped strengthen this ministry and further the message of hope that Kinship Radio shares.
Because of Doug’s faithful service, countless lives have been touched through the music, teaching, and encouragement heard across the airwaves. We are incredibly grateful for the many years he has invested into this ministry.
While we will certainly miss seeing Doug around the station, we are excited for this new chapter of life for him. We pray that his retirement will be filled with rest, joy, and new opportunities to continue serving the Lord in meaningful ways.
Please join us in thanking Doug for his years of dedication and in wishing him God’s richest blessings in retirement.
With gratitude,
The Kinship Radio Family
