Kinship Radio is pleased to welcome Chris Lemke as our new Executive Director. Chris brings more than 40 years of experience in Christian radio, beginning his career as a volunteer and intern at WCSG-FM in Grand Rapids, Michigan, while still in college. Over the decades, he faithfully served the ministry in a variety of roles, ultimately finishing his tenure in 2021 as Executive Director.
Following his time at WCSG, Chris founded Lemke Media Partners, where he coached and consulted Christian radio leaders nationwide, offering guidance in leadership development, donor and business development, and programming.
In November 2025, Chris accepted the invitation to join Kinship Radio, bringing with him a deep passion for ministry, strong leadership experience, and a heart for serving listeners and communities.
Chris and his wife of 38 years, Susan, are proud parents of six children—three of whom are married—and delighted grandparents to five grandchildren.
