Morning Devotional:
When I bought my vehicle last year, I didn’t think I would depend so heavily on the backup camera. I’ve had a number of vehicles over the years and the SUV I currently own is the first with this feature.
As I was backing out of a parking space yesterday, I was surprised by a car speeding down the street. Thanks to the backup camera and the proximity sensor, I was able to stop my car and avoid getting hit.
Unexpected difficulties will always try to crash our peace. When that happens, we need to keep looking forward and remember who is in control. In Philippians 3:13-14, Paul says, “Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Don’t let sudden trouble derail you. Keep your eyes on the prize and press on.
