We have had many requests for a recipe that one of our mini session presenters gave during their session so we thought we would share it with everyone. Enjoy!

Spice Cranberry Tea

6 inches stick cinnamon, broken     2 tsp. whole cloves

1 c water     1/4 c sugar     1qt apple cider

3 c strong tea     1 (12oz) can frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate

Lemon slices

For spice bag, place cinnamon and cloves in the center of a 6-inch square cheesecloth. Bring corners together and tie with a clean string. In a 4-quart Dutch oven combine water and sugar. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Add spice bag, apple cider, tea and juice concentrate. Heat through. Remove and discard spice bag. Pour into heatproof punch bowl. Add lemon slices. Ladle into mugs. Makes 16 to 18 (4-ounce) servings.                                                                                                                         Marci Norell
