Are you interested in volunteering for Spring Share 2025? We’re looking for help with prayer, being a kitchen host, providing food, or answering phone calls. We’d be thrilled to have you join us in person at our Mankato studio, located at 860 Madison Ave. Below are the descriptions of the different volunteer roles available.
“Prayer and Praise Day” – Prayer Warriors – Prayer and Praise Day is NEW this year! Prayer warriors are needed only on Tuesday, March 18th, the day before Spring Share begins. Volunteers will be responsible for receiving prayer requests and entering them into the prayer line. While you are welcome to pray with callers, it is not a requirement.
Phone Volunteers – As a phone volunteer, you will interact directly with callers who wish to give their Faith Gift. You will enter all gifts into the computer system, a straightforward process that requires minimal technical knowledge. Prior to your two-hour shift, you’ll receive a brief 20-30 minute training session to get you up to speed. You are also welcome to sign up for longer shifts if you’re available.
Food – We LOVE to feed our guests, volunteers and staff. If you are able to contribute, we greatly appreciate breakfast items, snacks, meals or bars/desserts. Your generosity means a lot to us!
Kitchen Host – Kitchen hosts are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen, food bar and tables. Food and beverages are available to guests, volunteers, and staff throughout the day. We ask the host to regularly monitor the food area to ensure it remains clean and well-stocked.
