ALBERT LEA – KJLY – Ruby’s Pantry Food Distribution is held at the Assembly of God Church in Albert Lea on the 1st Saturday of each month.  Doors open at 9:30 and distribution is from 10 to 11:30AM.

ALGONA – KJYL – Cornerstone for Life of Algona is an outreach for women and men who are facing uncertainty due to an unplanned pregnancy. Free pregnancy tests are offered and compassionate volunteers will be available to meet confidentially on Tuesdays from 4-7PM at the Lighthouse on State Street in Algona. ALGONA – KJYL – The Presbyterian Church of Algona invites seniors on the second Sunday of the month at 3PM to Sunday Senior Fellowship. This group does not meet during June, July or August. Call 515-295-2226 for more information.

ARNOLDS PARK – KJIA -Powerful Tools for Caregivers is six 90 minute class sessions beginning October 4th and going through November 8 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Arnolds Park.

ARNOLDS PARK – KJIA – 12 weeks of Griefshare will begin on Monday, September 24 at 6:30 PM at the Okoboji Bible Conference grounds in Arnolds Park. CLEAR LAKE – KJCY – The Open Bible Church in Clear Lake will be holding their Fall Session of GriefShare beginning Thursday, September 13 and meeting every Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM through December 13th. Join anytime during the 13 weeks.

BLUE EARTH – KJLY – Interfaith Caregivers offer two support groups each month. The Parkinson support group meets the second Thursday of the month at 1:30 PM and the Dementia support group gathers every fourth Tuesday at 10:00 AM. FORT DODGE – KJYL – Those with a heart for prison ministry are encouraged to contact the Church of the Damascus Road for information about ministering to the imprisoned or becoming a part of the Outside Church Council.  The council meets every third Wednesday of the month.  You can call 515-955-3579 for details.

FORT DODGE – KJYL – St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge, has a Women’s Bible Study on Mondays at 1:30PM in the church library.  The Men’s Bible Study meets on Mondays at 6:30PM in the church board room.  Another Men’s Bible Study meets on Tuesdays at 6:30AM in Conference Room number 1.

GOLDFIELD – KJYL – Crossroads Youth and Family Center in Goldfield, is open for activities and for kids to hang out on Friday and Saturday nights.  Kids, 8th grade and younger, are welcome from 7 to 9PM.  Youth in 9th grade through college age, are welcome from 7PM to 12Midnight.

NORTH MANKATO – KJLY – Grandparents and relatives raising children meet the 2nd Thursday of every month at New Creation World Outreach Church in North Mankato from 6 to 7:30PM.
