WEBSTER CITY – A Free Chili Dinner is held at Anchor Point Church in Webster City on October 31, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Immediately following downtown trick-or-treating we will be serving a free chili dinner with hot chocolate and coffee. Everyone is welcome, even if you aren’t trick-or-treating!
