SPIRIT LAKE – The initial Lakes Area Dementia and Caregiver Cafe begins Tuesday, October 15th from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Spirit Lake. The caregiver and the person with memory problems will share fun, conversation and enjoyment away from the loneliness and isolation of dementia. Entertainment will be the Boji Strummers, a popular local group of ukulele players that play and sing many long-time favorites. Refreshments will be served at this free event.
