Kinship Radio Ambassadors
“We are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us; we entreat you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.” (2 Corinthians 5:20, NIV)
Live out your faith as a Christ-follower by becoming an Ambassador for Kinship Radio. If you enjoy interacting with people, assisting and making a difference within your community, and have a desire to be a part of the Kinship Radio Network, then becoming an ambassador for your local Kinship Radio station may be for you! Our ambassador program provides an outlet to express your passion for radio ministry and share your enthusiasm with others.
Our friendly, helpful Ambassadors serve Kinship Radio listening areas in the following ways:
- Participate as a community event coordinator or event assistant (parades, community festivals, concerts, etc.)
- Be a Kinship Radio representative at your local church.
- Connect with new people and share testimonials.
- Participate in yearly on-air fundraising events as volunteers and/or phone operators.
- Collaborate and share new ideas to grow listenership.
- Provide feedback to improve the Ambassador program.
As an Ambassador, you will:
- Receive a Kinship Radio Ambassador shirt and nametag to wear at volunteer events.
- Participate in Ambassador meetings (no meetings in December). These meetings will consist of a simple dinner, collaboration, sharing uplifting stories, encouragement, and planning for events.

Service comes in many forms and one of the ways that Kinship Radio volunteers add value is with monthly mailings. Volunteers assist with sorting, stuffing and sealing correspondence. There may also be other special projects depending on the ministry’s needs.
Being a Kinship Radio volunteer has many perks!
- Enjoying monthly “coffee-break” fellowship with others while serving.
- Interacting with other Kinship Radio listeners at station-sponsored events.
- Participating in on-air fundraising events as a greeter, phone volunteer, or kitchen host.
- Sharing your story to encourage other Kinship Radio listeners.
- Using your gifts and abilities to help with various office tasks.
- Joining with Kinship Radio Ambassadors to represent the ministry at parades, fairs, and other events.
- Receiving occasional Kinship Radio swag and merchandise.
