This person will also serve as a receptionist at the front desk of the ministry and assist with other clerical duties as needed by the administrative team.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s7\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s9\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D U T I E S<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Reports to the Kinship Radio Operations<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">Director<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">As Lead Receptionist (65-70% of the role)<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Assists the Office<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> &amp; Data<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">Manager<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> with responsibilities related to the front office, its appearance, the greeting of guests, answering phones, sorting and directing of mail and email received, digital messaging, and other clerical responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Assists with staff and listener communication of prayer requests, community events, <\/span><span class=\"s7\">etc<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> within the office and on the ministry&#8217;s website<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Assists with facilitating the coordination of regular mailings and special projects<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Meets regularly with supervisor to assess and address office and ministry clerical needs<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">As Ministry Volunteer Coordinator<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> (25-30% of the role)<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Works with the Executive<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">Director<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">and Operations<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">Director<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">to coordinate the recruitment and retention of Kinship Radio<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">volunteers<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Coordinates a regular schedule of activities for<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">volunteer<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">involvement (inclusive of the men<\/span><span class=\"s7\">\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s7\">s and women&#8217;s conferences and other station sponsored events)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Ensures<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">volunteers<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">are well-prepared for activities to accomplish by providing the necessary resources<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Develops a culture of belonging and ownership among<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">volunteers<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">through regular updates and get togethers<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Fields<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">volunteer<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">questions and concerns<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s13\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Serves as the liaison between Kinship staff and<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">volunteers, ensuring staff and<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">volunteers<\/span><span class=\"s8\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s7\">mutually respect and benefit the work each is doing<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Other duties as may be assigned<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s9\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Must agree with and live a life reflective of Kinship Radio&#8217;s Statement of Faith<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">High School diploma or GED, Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Characteristics of integrity, humility, respect<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Strong skills and experience in organization and details, as well as organizing and inspiring groups toward completion of desired objectives<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Balanced introvert and extrovert personalities<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s11\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">Proficiency in Word, with additional skills in Excel, Adobe, Photoshop, and other office software are a plus<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"s7\">This is a part-time position of 2<\/span><span class=\"s7\">5<\/span><span class=\"s7\">&#8211;<\/span><span class=\"s7\">28<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> hours per week.<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">T<\/span><span class=\"s7\">ravel and <\/span><span class=\"s7\">work <\/span><span class=\"s7\">at a Kinship Radio event <\/span><span class=\"s7\">3-4x a month<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">(<\/span><span class=\"s7\">possibly including <\/span><span class=\"s7\">evening<\/span><span class=\"s7\">s<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> or Saturday<\/span><span class=\"s7\">s<\/span><span class=\"s7\"> using a station vehicle<\/span><span class=\"s7\">)<\/span> <span class=\"s7\">should also be expected<\/span><span class=\"s7\">. <\/span><span class=\"s7\">Candidates must submit a<\/span><span
