I was taking a nap yesterday afternoon when I got a call from a co-worker. They were locked out of the studio building and asked if I could come and unlock the door. I hopped in the car and headed back to work to find my co-worker outside, pacing along the sidewalk outside the front door.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been locked out of my fair share of homes and cars before, and it is never a comfortable situation. When you\u2019re locked out, you\u2019re stuck in a space you weren’t meant to stay in – you\u2019re not where you actually belong.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a spiritual sense, it\u2019s much the same way. <\/span>Sometimes we feel shut out of God\u2019s presence because of our mistakes, and we think the door is locked forever. The Lord says otherwise. In John 10:9, Jesus says, \u201cI am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved.” (John 10:9)\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus provides us entry into the Kingdom. Trusting in Him is the key.<\/span><\/p>\n
