I woke up to discover that my dog, Abbie, had dragged out all of her toys and placed them at my feet. She was sitting there in the middle of the pile, in her full \u201cplease notice me\u201d mode, waiting for me to wake up and play. I felt a little bit guilty about neglecting her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are times when we think our heavenly Father isn\u2019t paying attention to us but that is never the case. Psalm 121 reminds us that \u201cHe <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who keeps you will not slumber. He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.\u201d (vs. 3-4)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">God doesn&#8217;t need a power nap to stay focused on your life.
