It was heaven on earth as far as I was concerned! I enjoyed every bite of it yesterday and today, my lunch will consist of just dessert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speaking of &#8220;just desserts,&#8221; I savored my birthday cake yesterday like I deserved it, but there are other things I deserve that I am really glad I don\u2019t receive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">God\u2019s grace is amazing! Because of my sinfulness, I deserve punishment and death but because of Jesus Christ, I receive forgiveness and eternal life. I don\u2019t deserve God\u2019s love, but His love toward me is endless! So today, I say thank you, God! Thank you for giving me what I don\u2019t deserve &#8211; your incredible gifts of mercy and grace.
