Conditions were just right to produce sun dogs. If you don&#8217;t know what a sun dog is, they are these brilliant, rainbow-like patches of light that appear on either side of the sun when it\u2019s low in the sky. They actually get their name because they &#8220;follow&#8221; the sun across the horizon, just like a loyal dog follows its master.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They were beautiful, and when I read about sun dogs later in the day, I loved the spiritual lesson they gave me. The same God who created light at the beginning of time has made His light to shine within our hearts. That light grows the more we get to know Him and spend time in His presence &#8211; the more we follow after Him.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I pray every day that I would be a reflection of the Lord for others to see.
