Did my kids like it? Well\u2026 results were mixed. Three or four of them definitely did <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> like it. Korban wasn\u2019t a surprise; he doesn\u2019t like soup as a rule. But Zebedee, Mercy, and Kalvary? They were on board.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m still hoping their tastes mature a bit\u2014because honestly, as a kid, I probably wouldn\u2019t have liked it either. But here\u2019s a bonus for me: any leftovers become my lunches, and I get to enjoy the blessing all over again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It reminded me of <\/span><b>1 Corinthians 10:31<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.&#8221;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sometimes blessings come in small, everyday ways\u2014like a good meal, a favorite recipe, or leftovers to enjoy later. Even when everyone doesn\u2019t appreciate it the same way, God\u2019s gifts are still meant to be savored.
