How did you first hear of Operation Christmas Child?\u00a0 How do you participate in it?<\/p>\n

Morning Devotional:<\/u><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to buy a new vehicle – one with all of the bells and whistles I could possibly want, and a couple I didn\u2019t think I needed but now I really enjoy.<\/span><\/p>\n

For instance, I didn\u2019t think I needed the onscreen GPS feature. But now that I have it, I\u2019m realizing that it\u2019s pretty nifty. When I\u2019m driving somewhere new, I\u2019ll punch the address into my GPS app because I love watching the map on the dashboard screen and having that voice tell me, \u201cTurn left here,\u201d or \u201cYou\u2019ve arrived.\u201d It\u2019s my go-to for directions.<\/span><\/p>\n

But it has made me think: am I that quick to ask for God\u2019s directions in my daily life?<\/span><\/p>\n

The GPS is helpful, but it’s not perfect. If I type in the wrong address, it doesn’t know my heart\u2019s intentions. It just takes me to the wrong place. It\u2019s not very forgiving. God’s guidance, however, is so much better.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have our own spiritual GPS in God\u2019s Word. The Bible has everything we need to navigate life’s twists and turns. If we’re wondering where to go or what to do, the directions are right there. And Jesus himself gave us the ultimate destination. He didn’t just give us a map; He said, “I <\/span>am<\/span><\/i> the way, the truth, and the life.”<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ll trust that little voice on my phone to get me to the store. My goal is to listen even more closely to <\/span>God\u2019s <\/span><\/i>voice, which promises to get me where I need to be every single time.<\/span><\/p>\n
