It froze in front of my car with the classic \u201cdeer in the headlights\u201d look. It ended up standing there for what seemed to be the longest time before it went back where it came from, overwhelmed by the moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are times when I come to a point in the road where I am met with what feels like an oncoming car and I am smacked in the face with something overwhelming. I wonder which way I am supposed to turn and which direction I am supposed to go. That\u2019s the moment when we need to pray and trust that the Lord will show us the next step to take.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psalm 73:23-24 speaks into these moments very well: \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yet I am always with you;<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory.\u201d <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am thankful for a patient and understanding God who never leaves me on my own to decide my own way.
