The three baby girls were laying on a blanket and the mother needed to give one of the girls some medication. There was one problem &#8211; the babies were supposed to have bracelets with their names on them, and two of the babies were missing their bracelets.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There was a moment of panic as the mother tried to figure out which infant was which. Then she had an idea. The daughter needing the medication had previously received IV fluids, and the mom realized there would be a scar where the needle was. Sure enough, a quick look for the scar identified the correct child.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I have my own fair share of scars, and their causes range from medical procedures to dumb injuries. To me, they are no big deal &#8211; just reminders of past pains that have healed over time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have you ever considered the conversation in John chapter 20 about scars? Thomas just could not believe that Jesus had risen from the dead until he could see the nail marks in his hands.\u00a0 When Jesus appeared to the disciples, He obliged and all of Thomas\u2019 doubts were silenced. All Thomas could say was, \u201cMy Lord and my God.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Jesus could show you His nail-scarred hands right now, what would your response be?
