God Provides\u2014Even the Small Stuff<\/b><\/p>\n

We needed an extra bed. My dad was coming to visit for about a week, and as we prepared for his arrival, we realized we didn\u2019t have a good place for him to sleep. My wife, on a whim, posted on Facebook asking if anyone had a bed they wanted to get rid of. And wouldn\u2019t you know it? Someone had a bed frame, and someone else had a mattress.<\/span><\/p>\n

It all seemed to be falling into place\u2014until we got home and realized something crucial was missing. The screws.<\/span><\/p>\n

That sent me on a mission. I had to research the frame, download the manual, find out what screws were needed, and head to the hardware store. Of course, the exact screws weren\u2019t available, so I had to find the closest match and hope they\u2019d work. After some trial and error\u2014success! We had a fully functioning bed, just in time for my dad\u2019s visit.<\/span><\/p>\n

As I stood there looking at the finished bed, I couldn\u2019t help but think about how God provides for our needs. Not always in the way we expect, and sometimes there\u2019s a bit of work involved on our end, but He is faithful. Philippians 4:19 reminds us:<\/span><\/p>\n

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

In life, we often focus on God providing for our big needs\u2014our health, our finances, our future\u2014but sometimes, His faithfulness is just as evident in the little things. A bed for a visiting dad. The right screws to hold it together. A reminder that He sees us, He cares, and He is always working behind the scenes to provide exactly what we need, when we need it.<\/span><\/p>\n

So the next time you find yourself searching for a solution\u2014big or small\u2014remember, God is already at work. He\u2019s the ultimate provider, and His timing is always perfect.<\/span><\/p>\n
