It was a great question and honestly, the best one I could have been asked.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is bringing you to your knees today?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

She had no idea the day I was having, the phone call I had just ended or the news I had learned. Truthfully, she barely knew me at all. I had no idea what even prompted her to ask what was weighing me down, except something was telling her I had a burden that needed to be lifted off my shoulders.<\/span><\/p>\n

She was absolutely right, too.<\/span><\/p>\n

I couldn\u2019t tell her much, just a barebone explanation of a problem I was facing. Before I knew it, that grocery store aisle became a sanctuary and this saint sent by God brought a piece of heaven down to earth as she took my need to the Lord.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We don\u2019t always think we have that support system around us when we need it. When the Word says \u201cwhere two or three are gathered together in my name, I am there in the midst of them\u201d and you\u2019re stuck at being just one in that equation, you wonder if your prayer is going to register at all. The truth is God hears your prayers, and Jesus himself intercedes for you. You never know who else may be in your prayer corner today. They just might be on their knees for you in the produce section.<\/span><\/p>\n
