Our attitudes get into those places where we feel miserable about life, we focus on what we don\u2019t have, what we can\u2019t do or what we\u2019ve lost, rather than what we have or can still do. One of the most important things we can do to turn those moments around is to remember how fortunate we are and to count the many blessings we have received because of our relationship with God.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I think David was a master at that. He definitely had his bad days! But all throughout his psalms, David cried out to God in his sufferings, and time and time again, he remembered the blessings he received from God. He recalled the demonstrations of God\u2019s faithfulness and in doing so, he was brought to a place of peace again.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Psalm 103:2, David says to himself and us, \u201cPraise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all His benefits.\u201d Don\u2019t forget the many blessings you have received from God.
