Last night I was reminded of a story about a little boy who wandered from his home and couldn\u2019t find his way back. A couple of people noticed him and began asking him questions to help locate his house.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They asked, \u201cDo you know your address?\u201d\u00a0 The boy couldn\u2019t provide an answer to that.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDo you know what color your house is?\u201d It was white but unfortunately, they realized there were a lot of white houses in the neighborhood.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Another line of questioning was offered. \u201cDo you know your father\u2019s name?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYes!\u201d the boy replied. \u201cHis name is Daddy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The couple was running out of options, but the boy finally gave them the clue they needed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cRight by my house is a beautiful building with a cross on the top. If you show me the cross, I\u2019ll know my way home.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus took our place by suffering and dying on the cross so that we can have eternal life in our eternal home. Apart from Jesus and His saving work on the cross, there is no way home to God. Have you trusted in Jesus Christ to get you home?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.\u201d\u00a0 (John 14:6)<\/span><\/p>\n
