Taking care of a car can get complicated. There’s a lot to remember, like when to change the oil or rotate the tires. I recently added another car to our family, and I have no idea what maintenance it has had. That means I have to rely on a mechanic to figure it out, which really means I need to trust them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes when you go to a mechanic without knowing what you need, they might suggest a lot of repairs. Some might be necessary right away, and others might not. It makes you think about who you can really trust.<\/span><\/p>\n

This situation reminds me of figuring out who to trust when we have spiritual questions or problems. Just like with a car, there are many people and places that can offer help, but who is truly trustworthy?<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus tells us in the Bible that we can trust Him. He says in John 14:6, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” This means that when it comes to spiritual guidance, Jesus is a safe bet. He’s not going to give us unnecessary advice or lead us in the wrong direction.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, just as we need a good mechanic for our car, we need Jesus for our spiritual lives. He’s the one we can depend on to guide us right every time. When you’re unsure about where to go or who to trust, remember that Jesus is always there with the truth and the best path forward.<\/span><\/p>\n
