What’s the best thing about being the age you are right now?<\/p>\n

Have you ever heard the audible voice of God? I can\u2019t confirm that I have but I have had times in my life when I wondered if I did.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One of those times was shortly before I came to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I was severely depressed and contemplating ending my life. I found myself outside one afternoon yelling at the sky asking whoever or whatever being that was \u201cout to get me\u201d to tell me why I was being so tormented and what exactly they wanted from me. Suddenly, in the middle of my ranting, the words \u201cAll I want is your heart\u201d pierced through every fiber of my being. I still don\u2019t know if I actually heard the words or just sensed them but it doesn\u2019t matter. I know that statement came from God.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those six words led me to receive Jesus Christ and because I listened, He has faithfully guided me for more than 30 years now. Our heavenly Father is a vocal God and while I can\u2019t record His voice, He is speaking to us all the same. When He calls us to come to Him, do we answer? And are we listening for His voice today?<\/span><\/p>\n
