I\u2019ve talked to a lot of people in the past couple of days who have been feeling the stress of getting ready for the holiday. They still have shopping, baking, cleaning, and packing to do before they can even begin to feel like they can get a handle on enjoying the upcoming weekend. Truthfully, I know how they feel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I have said for years that I always feel like I nod out and fall on Christmas because I am constantly running through this season like a race, sprinting toward a tinseled finish line of some kind. That\u2019s why I believe we have a decision to make. We can choose to get bogged down in the stress, or we can center ourselves on the Lord. For me, that has meant counting my blessings, pausing to give Him thanks, and being intentional in my worship to our Savior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We don\u2019t have to spend this season buried in stress.
