I have a bad back in the first place and knew as soon as it happened that I wasn\u2019t using proper mechanics when I was doing the work. Thankfully, this most recent injury is far from my worst but the sting is still there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am prone to pain when I carry too much weight and that\u2019s not only the case physically but spiritually as well. The hurt from carrying my spiritual baggage often hurts much, much more. Things I often carry such as shame, regret, worry, guilt, resentment, sin &#8211; all of those are too much to bear. That\u2019s why I love the Lord because He\u2019s not only strong enough to carry all of those things, He\u2019s willing to take them.
