By living according to your word.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014 <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Psalm%20119%3A9&amp;version=NIV\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Psalm 119:9<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a kid, this was the first verse that I remember memorizing.\u00a0 The very first one.\u00a0 And hey, I still have it. The verse asks a question and then answers it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psalm 119\u2019s theme is simply \u201cthe law of the Lord.\u201d\u00a0 Young people struggle with temptations that would lead away from the Lord\u2019s way. So do older folks, but it can be harder when you lack experience. Learning the law of the Lord lays the foundation for our lives.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jesus said, \u201cI am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me\u201d. Faith in Christ unites us inseparably to him.
