She was having a hard time with some life stuff and needed to vent. She told me about some difficult trials she and her family were facing, a tough decision she had to make, and how desperately lonely she was feeling in her current environment. She felt like everyone and everything was against her and honestly, I didn\u2019t blame her one bit. As I sought the Lord for what to offer her as far as comfort or wise counsel, only one phrase came to my mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But God.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There was a time not too long ago when I was challenged with that phrase. But God what?\u00a0 When I felt like the problems in my life were too big to handle, I was pressed to follow my problem with what God had to say about it. The problem is this, but God is bigger than my problem. I am feeling abandoned and alone but God says He will never leave me or forsake me. Everyone is against me, but God is for me. See how it works?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scriptures are filled with \u201cbut God\u201d moments where His children faced a trial and saw the problem solved with a fulfilled promise from the Lord.\u00a0 The problem you\u2019re facing today can be tackled by filling in the blank. My battle is this, but God is this.
