Their videos highlight the story of a stray dog from the moment it is taken off of the streets to its adoption.\u00a0 On rare occasion, the story has a different ending when, thanks to a microchip, the dog is reunited with its owner.\u00a0 The video I watched last night was like that. This dog was found in a canal with a broken paw, the rescue\u00a0team pulled it out and got it to a vet, scanned the microchip and called the registered owner to find that the dog had been missing for months!\u00a0 When the family was finally reunited with the dog, all the father in the family could say was &#8220;we never stopped looking for you, we never stopped looking for you.&#8221; The love for that dog was obvious &#8211; and yet it pales in comparison to the love God has for you and me.\u00a0 We were once lost, right?\u00a0 And through Jesus Christ, we are brought into relationship with God &#8211; a relationship sealed with a kind of love that can never, never be broken, no matter how hard you try.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Paul captures this kind of love so well in his letter to the Roman church:\u00a0 &#8220;<span id=\"m_3662454996099261000en-NASB-28143\">For I am convinced that neither\u00a0death, nor life, nor\u00a0angels, nor principalities, nor\u00a0things present, nor things to come, nor powers,<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"m_3662454996099261000en-NASB-28144\">nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from\u00a0the love of God that is\u00a0in Christ Jesus our Lord.&#8221;\u00a0 \u00a0His is a love that never stops, and will never let you go.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Beth<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Burning Question:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>When did you quit, and it was the best thing you ever did?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bible Quiz:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Question:\u00a0 What city, located on the western shore of Asia Minor, was the second of seven cities mentioned by John?<\/p>\n<p>Answer:\u00a0 Smyrna\u00a0 (Revelation 2:8)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Storytime<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Just one more thing&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Morning Devotional: When I find myself surfing the internet with a few minutes to spare, I enjoy watching videos from a Los Angeles based animal rescue organization.
