I often find God\u2019s workings in the most miniscule everyday details. \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Like a Squirrel.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Gray Squirrel specifically. \u00a0Were you aware that the gray squirrel only recovers about 26 percent of the nuts it hides away? \u00a026 percent!<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

That\u2019s like going to the grocery story, then losing 74 percent of what you just bought! \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Why are these little guys so forgetful? \u00a0Well, it benefits the growth of trees for one thing. \u00a0Every time a squirrel forgets to dig up a nut, it could become a great, mighty oak.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

It’s like squirrels are natural little farmers, going around planting seeds…then forgetting about it. <\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Because of this forgetful habit it allows plants and trees to flourish, expanding forests and the ecosystem. <\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yet in terms of survival instincts, you would think there memory would have improved overtime. \u00a0But they haven\u2019t! \u00a0And unhindered \u00a0woods continue to flourish through the help of absent minded squirrels.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

I can\u2019t help but see the signs of our great creator in this. The forgetful squirrel creating the expansion of forests, and in fact his own home, by forgetting where he hid his nuts.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

It\u2019s incredible! \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Isaiah 66:2<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/a><\/div>\n

“For My hand made all these things, Thus all these things came into being,” <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n
Our God has made all things, \u00a0and that includes our forgetful furry friends that help provide a home for squirrels and animals alike by growing unintentional trees, that then provide life giving oxygen to the entire earth!<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Even the most minuscule of details, screams of the greatness of God when we really look at it!<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Even in the everyday occurrences in our own lives, you can see God\u2019s hand guiding (what we may call) the smallest of details.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

A chance to open a door for a stranger, that then sparks a friendly conversation, that then leads to you sharing your faith, and BOOM!…a seed is planted.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

You thought you were just opening the door, but in fact you were expanding the kingdom of God, little squirrel.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Because of God, squirrels aren\u2019t just forgetful, humorous, little fellows…they\u2019re forest builders.<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Because of God, you aren\u2019t just Suzy the shop clerk, or Frank the car mechanic. \u00a0Because of God, I\u2019m not just Allen the radio guy…because of God, we\u2019re kingdom builders, and everyday we have opportunities to grow the kingdom of God, in the smallest, most minuscule ways.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
