Those of you who have read the last two blogs may have noticed a pattern.<\/p>\n

The first one was about \u201cfinding\u201d and the second one was about \u201cHis.\u201d<\/p>\n

So, naturally (and in keeping with the theme of Share-a-Thon of \u201cFinding. His. Way.\u201d) this post is about
the \u201cWay.\u201d<\/p>\n

And, also naturally, the first Bible verse to come into one\u2019s head on that topic would be:<\/p>\n

Jesus said to him, \u201cI am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except
through me. (John 14:6 ESV)<\/p>\n

So, Jesus is the Way! Praise the Lord!<\/p>\n

The word \u201cway\u201d occurs over 500 times in the ESV and 49 times in Psalms alone. While reading through
the verses which contain that word in Psalms, I noticed something:<\/p>\n

This God\u2014his way is perfect; the word of the LORD proves true; he is a shield for all those who take
refuge in him. (Psalm 18:30)<\/p>\n

Who is the man who fears the LORD? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose. (Psalm
25:12)<\/p>\n

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.
(Psalm 32:8)<\/p>\n

Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act. (Psalm 37:5)<\/p>\n

The steps of a man are established by the LORD, when he delights in his way; (Psalm 37:23)<\/p>\n

Wait for the LORD and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land; you will look on when
the wicked are cut off. (Psalm 37:34)<\/p>\n

The one who offers thanksgiving as his sacrifice glorifies me; to one who orders his way rightly I will
show the salvation of God!\u201d (Psalm 50:23)<\/p>\n

Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name. (Psalm
86:11)<\/p>\n

I will look with favor on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; he who walks in the way
that is blameless shall minister to me. (Psalm 101:6)<\/p>\n

In the way of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches. (Psalm 119:14)<\/p>\n

Turn to me and be gracious to me, as is your way with those who love your name. (Psalm 119:132)<\/p>\n

I see a common thread in those verses in that every one of them contains a beautiful promise:<\/p>\n

If we commit our way to the Lord, He gives us: a shield in Him, instruction for life, counseling with His
eye upon us, the assurance that He will act in our behalf, guidance in the path of life, delight, exaltation
in the inheritance of the land and protection from wickedness, salvation from God Himself, His truth, a
heart united with God, the promise to dwell with Him and minister to Him, yet more delight, and grace
and love!<\/p>\n

Those are some wonderful promises !<\/p>\n

Great is our God indeed!<\/p>\n

Today\u2019s Praise<\/b><\/p>\n

As he was drawing near\u2014already on the way down the Mount of Olives\u2014the whole multitude of
his disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had
seen, saying, \u201cBlessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in
