One of the things about writing this blog is that I do not have to be objective.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
I freely admit to being biased.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
I\u2019m incredibly biased in favor of Jesus. I love Jesus. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
HALLELUJAH JESUS!<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Actually, I figure such a bias is a good thing. If the purpose here is bringing glory to God, helping the lost find Jesus, and encouraging believers, a writer without a distinct positive bias for Jesus would make little sense.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
One of the best things a writer can have is feedback. It doesn\u2019t have to be positive feedback, but it is absolutely essential that some form of feedback take place, which is why I am blessed that Facebook keeps track of how many of you are reading, clicking, liking, and sharing. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
I<\/span>t lets me know if I am reaching you.<\/span>  <\/span>Last week, Facebook said 248 of you were reached with the blog about prayers reaching the throne of God. The week before, it was 318 with the blog about the 10\/40 window. <\/span> <\/span>Lately, most weeks seem to average around 200, which is very encouraging.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
And, very often, some of you will even leave a comment about the blog. <\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Thank you!<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
But, here\u2019s the thing: <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Radio doesn\u2019t have a \u201clike\u201d button. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
The folks in the broadcast booth have no idea I\u2019m yelling, \u201cGod of mercy, sweet LOOOOOVE of mine<\/i>\u2026\u201d<\/b> whenever they play \u201cMultiplied\u201d by Needtobreathe while I am alone in the car. (I say \u201cyelling\u201d because, despite all my efforts at melodiousness, what comes out of me cannot be called \u201csinging.\u201d)<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Nor do they know how deeply my soul is moved by the piano in \u201cThe Struggle\u201d by Tenth Avenue North–or the banjo in \u201cKing of Heaven Come Down\u201d by Paul Baloche.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
The announcers don\u2019t know they\u2019ve touched me with a prayer, a thought, a reference to the Word, a Biblical insight. The preachers don\u2019t know their sermons have stirred me to look into my soul and see my faults, or that they\u2019ve shown me God\u2019s incredible grandeur and grace. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
And so, we come back to my bias.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
The two dozen or so staff who make Kinship Christian Radio possible are people I know. They are people I\u2019ve spent time with shoulder-to-shoulder. <\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
They are wonderful people who share the same bias for Jesus as I do. They genuinely care that people would be saved and spend eternity in heaven praising our One True King.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Once a year, they encourage you to share your feedback with them during June Letter Month. Drop them a line, send them an email, or call and let them know what\u2019s working for you. Even if there\u2019s something they could do better, they want to know.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
